A: once your order is ready, you will receive a notification that your order is ready for delivery. Once picked up by the delivery driver, you'll get a notification that it's on its way, and another notification once delivered. Our delivery radius is 20 miles from the New Mexico Rapids main offices, we also offer pick ups as well as shipping through a few carriers.
A: We offer fast turnaround. In most cases your custom order will be ready in 24 hours and ready for pickup or delivery. There are special circumstances where we may not be able to meet this time frame due to supplier out of stocks, shipping delays, etc. In the event that your garment will be delayed, we will notify you of the new expected date for completion.
A: Orders are available for pickup at the New Mexico Rapids offices located at:

Days and times for pickup are Wednesday's and Thursdays, between 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

A: Our designer offers you the ability to design the front, back, each sleeve, and the back collar. In the design studio look for the graphics button, then choose from the drop down menu what part of the shirt you are designing. I.e. Front Image, Numbers, sleeve, badges, back collar. Each category will match the side of the shirt you are designing.
A: The price on the site is the price of any garment with the main image being free to choose from. Each design after that is $5 each.
A: If your child's number is double digits, you are being charged for each number at $5 a piece.
A: Please fill out our contact us form and give us some details on what you are wanting and we will get back with you to build a custom quote.
A: ECNL does not allow third party use of their logo. In lieu of a patch, a special ECNL shirt has been created so you can still show off your kiddos league pridefully.
A: EA allows the use of their logo, but only through the purchase of their patches. Anytime you add the EA badge it will be a verified EA badge instead of a printed version.
A: We will gladly refund returned items that are unopened and in new physical condition, within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds with custom clothing, however, we do guarantee your overall satisfaction and will work with you to ensure you are happy with your custom order.
A: From time to time we will offer specials and discounts through our social media pages. Make sure and follow us to take advantage of these specials. We also offer bulk discounts for team or bulk orders.
A: During the first 2 weeks of launching the site, we expect an influx of traffic and orders and want to ensure that we set the proper expectations upon opening our virtual doors. Our goal is to fulfill the preorders as fast as we can, after the first 2 weeks we will be able to fulfill all preorders as well as meet the demands of customers thereafter.
